Minnow Coffee & Matcha

Minnow is a considered cafe experience in a small, mobile footprint–espresso and matcha brewed to-order, cold brew, seasonal drink specials, and treats prepared by friends from around the Valley. Our coffee and tea is purchased from suppliers who source directly and responsibly from growers and producers, and our ingredients are local whenever possible. That’s the gist, anyways.

The cart is available for markets, pop-ups, collaborative events, races, art shows, and all manner of private events in and around the Connecticut River Valley.
